How do you feel when you see homeless people on the street? Many of us feel disgusted when we look at them and others do not even acknowledge their existence as if they’re worthless and irrelevant. Some of us even consider them as being nothing but drunks and junkies. We all have different ways of interpreting the lives of these people, but in the end, we all believe that they are less fortunate than ourselves.
Some of us already understand that perhaps something in a homeless person’s life went wrong and forced them to be where they are. Some people might even say that a homeless person became that way because the pressures of living in society drove them to it. Perhaps they felt misunderstood because they were too ‘open’ and in touch with their deeper soul essence, when unfortunately our limited society is yet unable to recognize philosophies and life ideas from the nature of a soul perspective. Those people likely ended up lost and feeling out of place? Wandering around with a feeling that nothing in their lives really matters in terms of their understanding from a higher level. It can be very difficult to survive in a world where the mundane seems to matter most.
It has even been discovered that some of the homeless are rich! So it is not always the case that they are less fortunate than us in a financial sense. I recall a situation that happened some time ago, a homeless man was discovered dead and they found out he had over 3 million dollars stashed away in his bank! In the end, whether they are rich or poor, these people are still homeless right now and why?
I checked the internet for the definition of the word ‘home’ and I found this interesting definition ‘An environment providing security and happiness’. So there are many of us in the world who have a roof over our head, yet we neither feel secure or happy. Do we think we are any more fortunate than the people living on the streets who do not have a building to live in?

Are we any more human in essence than those people because we claim to own a few slabs of concrete? Tell me, don’t we still have many issues to deal with even though we have a place to live in, probably even more issues to deal with than those people who do not have the responsibility of maintaining a ‘home establishment’. As an example, what is the difference between a homeless person drinking alcohol to compensate for his or her problems and doing the same thing in the comfort of our own dwelling? If you ask me there is no difference at all, it is only a matter of status!
How do we define someone who is homeless? A homeless person is simply a person without a place to life. The number of homeless people is growing rapidly all over the world and what are we doing about it? Nothing really! It seems to be more important to us to go to the moon or mars and creates bombs worth millions of dollars! What the hell, if we can’t solve any of our problems then let’s just blow ourselves away!
In terms of the rest of us who consider ourselves fortunate for having a roof over our head, would you ever think of yourself as being homeless? I bet most of you are now saying NO, HELL NO! What are you talking about? I have a home, two cars, a home theatre, a Nintendo machine or an Xbox, many games. I go out every week and have fun! Let’s now consider the definition of the word ‘home’ once again ‘An environment providing security and happiness’. Now with that in mind, let me clarify my question again. With all that you have materially and aesthetically in your life today, are you sincerely happy in your life? How many times per day are you aware of a deep sense of loneliness? Do you ever feel an inner emptiness and as though there is something missing in life, yet you do not know what it is?
Most of us do feel this way on a regular basis, but are unable to determine what the problem is. We keep buying more and more stuff; we keep ourselves busy eating, drinking, smoking, entertaining and getting wasted on alcohol and drugs in order to avoid dealing with life. We can deny it for as long as we like, but in the end it is us who suffers and regardless of how we try to suppress things, that feeling that we are lonely, unhappy and that we are missing something will not go away. How many of us have bought stuff, yet in reality we don’t really have space for any more stuff in our life? How many of us are bored with life? How many of us feel a prevailing sense of lack of purpose?
The reason we came to this plane in the first place was because our Soul made the decision to do so. Then we were born. On the other hand, had your soul decided not to come to spend a life in this plane, you would not be here today. So if your soul decided to come here for a purpose and you are not living up to that and carrying out your souls task, then you will always feel you are missing something in your life. You will always feel that inexplicable void and loneliness deep inside of you; you might not feel truly happy.
What is it that prevents us from fulfilling our Souls task? It is quite simply our human limitations, our stubbornness, our fear of experiencing humility, our pride, our ego and our resistance to change that prevents us. When you try to fulfill your life with material things as a substitute for connecting to your Soul, this will never substitute for the need to look more deeply into your life and its purpose.
Making yourself appear happy on the outside in front of everyone, yet when you are alone you are as miserable as can be, serves no purpose at all. After all, is it just about appearances? Who is getting hurt in reality? Living superficially will never bring harmony into your life for a simple reason, you are contradicting yourself. The funny part here is that many of us are somehow aware that we are living in this way, yet we still keep on doing it! My question is just how long are you prepared to keep it up? Will it be until the day you die and leave this earth life without accomplishing much of what your soul had intended in the first place? That is a waste of a lifetime.
My questions to you now are very simple. Are you homeless? Does your Soul have a home? Take a deeper look at yourself, into your own being and take a good look at what you are doing with your life. Is this the life you really want to live and the path you desire to continue walking on? In reality, life is simple, yet on most occasions, we make things more complicated than necessary. From now on, just set yourself free and begin doing things for yourself and for the right reasons and always with a pure intention. Try to discover what is good for your soul and then do it! Most of all, always remember you are never ever alone!

I was driven towards looking to the self-confidence and self-esteem in ourselves on a deeper level. How do we evaluate the two?

On a human level and perhaps whilst growing up, our religion, the influence of the culture of where we grew up in and our parents, are all factors that influence and contribute to our level of self-confidence and self-esteem.

How do we define those fancy words we consistently hear, and where do we begin to determine the effect of them?

Self-Confidence is the level of where we are aware of ourselves, concerning our abilities, gifts and knowledge. The opposition is lack of self-confidence. This is where we have the awareness of our capabilities; however, we do not have enough drive toward making changes in any conviction we hold, in respect of what we believe in. We grow to feel safe and comfortable with what we are used to in our surroundings. The idea of embracing new opportunities that offer change become somewhat fearful thus is reflecting the fact that we are scared to make a leap to an unknown environment.

Self-Esteem is the level where we are lost within our own identity. It is a common trait for most of us that we tend to sit in the ‘back seat’ allowing other people to take control of what, in reality, should be our own decisions, allowing ourselves to become dependant on others to handle our affairs. This will most likely lead us into becoming a doormat for other people to toss us around in order to meet their own selfish ends.

Does this make any sense to you?

When looking around us, we can see that for many of us our confidence in recognizing our own true identity begun during childhood. This is a natural characteristic which we are born with. We can see an increasing amount of the younger generation attempting to imitate a star who they idolize. This is not a mere phase through which they’re passing. In many ways this is an attempt to disguise their lack of confidence in themselves by trying to portray a new look or face to other people, from whom they are striving to gain approval or recognition by pretending to be someone they are not.

Imitating a star is nice but not at the expense of your own body, health or spirit being damaged in the process. Some people might take it to the extreme where they develop an eating disorder, for example, Anorexia, Bulimia or both combined in an attempt to alter their physical appearance to resemble someone they admire. The result of this is most likely to cause damage to their body, self-confidence, self-esteem, and spirit in the process. However, it is not always the case where the problem lies in the attempt to imitate a star; the most common influence is the effect of the environment of where we grew up and the conditions of our family in respect of this. Hopefully one day, people will confront these issues by talking or writing an account of their experience in an honest and completely open fashion rather than the latter of keeping the truth hidden away from fear of confrontation, response, opinion or judgment.

These issues are serious and it is high time we learnt how to understand and deal with them accordingly.

Now where do we find the main source of this problem?

I am, by no means, trying to pin point the blame on one specific element. There are many different factors, all of which contribute to and hold equal significance in influencing these matters. To cover all possible influences would be too long at this point; however, I would like to specify the factor which I believe where the responsibility lies in the first place.

We cannot place the blame on the child in the first place. The parents may benefit from looking into this problem more seriously and carefully than what they might think?

We are sometimes hasty when bringing a child into this world. When two people unite they may not be ready for the relationship itself, irrespective of handling the responsibility that raising a child carries. The couple should take the time when learning to better understand each other before dealing with the overwhelming excitement the event of a new born baby arriving into their lives brings. This factor will take effect, resulting in the couple neglecting the importance of nurturing their own personal relationship with each other. In many instances the gap between the couple will become increasingly larger and wider. In the instance of a divorce, the majority will not result in a happy ending.

All the frustration and anger that has accumulated as a result of the void in the parent’s relationship, of which they created on their own behalf, is placed on the child. That child is sensitive to all of what happened between his parents. He or she is very aware of the fact that it is through faults of their own that the problems occurred in the first place.

When a child is between ages of 5 to 10, it is these years that are the most crucial years when he will require the security and support from his parents to maintain a healthy development and growth in terms of his self- confidence and self-esteem. In a situation where the family is dealing with the upheaval of a divorce, each parent will try to push that child towards taking their side. This plays a huge part in all of these issues. It is the intervention of our Human EGO.

Where is our personal responsibility?

When we talk to the parents as individuals, in many instances the immediate response is to excuse themselves by placing the blame upon the effect of the circumstances in which they grew up. Is it the time to heal that part of your life before evolving a new soul in the process? Well think about it!

We all had in one way or another good and the bad experiences when growing up. This is unfortunate for any soul to have to go through a bad time when they were growing up. But by being responsible for ourselves, there is a requirement where we must allow healing the scars from the past and moving on in a healthy and productive way. You might make the excuse that this is easier said than done, but what effort have you really applied into fulfilling this task.

We cannot change any of the events that happened in the past, this is why we call it our ‘past’. However, we can accept the experiences for what they were and make allowances for ourselves to heal. We acquired those experiences or lessons in the first instance before coming to this life. It is not fair for a newborn to suffer as a result of our mistakes that we refused to handle in the first place because we do not want to let go of that past. So is there any excuse for us blaming our actions in correlation to the events of our past? I don’t believe this is so!

Be open to and experience life and learn to take responsibility for ourselves and for those people who are close to us more seriously. We are not only passing the time and the years when we are here on this plane to achieve nothing. Let’s start bringing up a new and healthy generation, without disregarding your own growth. Learn to grow up and move forward in your life!

I chose to tackle a range of different subjects here in this article because there is a great deal to be said on these different subjects. Hopefully we will tackle each one of them in this healing section.

When it comes to Anorexia and Bulimia hopefully other people who have passed through those experiences in their life will have the ability to help our younger generation. Reading these articles will provide an opportunity to learn how to deal with those situations by sharing their experience with us, and, in the process allow the healing process to take effect in their life too.

Do you agree that in this world we are driving into a dead end? Do you see yourself and your life stagnating? Do you feel the world has already reached the point of being at a stand still and that it is just sitting waiting to blow any minute? This world cannot take any more of the effect of man’s energy when all it focuses on is power, money, greed and more power. Don’t you agree?

Just the other day, I was sitting in the park next to my apartment watching children playing with their mothers all around them. I thought to myself for a moment. Nowadays, the way we do things should be done all in reverse! It should be the men who stay at home watching and playing with the children while their wives go out to work for the day, trying to find new ways of fixing the big mess we are facing in this world! That seems to be the only feasible way now!

Men have been dominating the world for too long. The past 1000 years have been governed by the “1” vibration. In numerology this is a male energy. I believe that since then, we have not done such a great job of making things really work and not only that, things seem to be going from bad to worse! If you are one of those people whose income is generated from destroying the environment, by killing other people, from selling precious oil or if you are tampering with other people lives in any way that somehow damaging to them then for sure, you won’t agree with what I am saying here. Well, I am sorry about that, but I am only stating some facts of life!

After coming to the conclusion that we would probably benefit from having the input of some females when it comes to fixing our problems, I then went on to wonder just where these women are? Are they sleeping or are they just hiding away from all the male domination?  At the turn into the year 2000, we entered into the feminine vibration of the “2”. The energy of the “2” will remain with us between the years 2000 and 2999. This is all very well; however, nothing seems to have improved at all! I kept on contemplating and I realize that there is one thing that is wrong with so many women. I will get to that point later on!

Since 1950 the women’s movement began getting stronger in western society. Although noted, the movement started earlier than the time I have written, but for arguments sake, we will focus on the last 50 years before year 2000 begun with the shift of the universal energy.

During this period women’s rights started to increase further into becoming equal rights. Even so, there are still many issues that are yet to be tackled which the society of men are resisting letting go of.

To understand what I am trying to say in this article, we need to understand first that there are two main vibrations that we work in this world. Those are the male and female vibrations. Let’s consider that the Male vibration was in domination for the majority of the last past 1000 years. During the 19th century alone of male domination, what in the world did we really accomplish other than World Wars I & II, the Vietnam War, the Israel / Arab war, the Korean War, the Gulf war and many other wars which have taken place in many other parts of the world? All these wars have been fuelled by mans greed and hunger for power and if we took some time to read up on the history of any of them, we could be honest and say that in reality we accomplished very few things as a result.

So far we have managed to get to the moon and we are now able to at least explore some of our universe. This is all very well, but somehow it seems to be all for the wrong reasons. With all of this comes the issue of who is going to be in control of that space we have discovered. Whoever manages to gain that control, for sure they will think it will bring them again, even more power. It seems that what we have accomplished throughout the 19th Century has only brought more grief, hate, anger, frustration, disliking each other according to our religions, our culture and our color, and many other judgments to exist between us. So when we live in a world based on all of these negative feelings, what kind of an accomplishment is that after all?

We are able to see everywhere around us today in all the terrorism, the war on drugs and the drive on weapons of mass destruction. These are but a few examples. Another thing is that something I feel deep inside reflects my personal opinion on the issue of diseases such as AIDS and SARS. I believe that many of the diseases, which have occurred over the last century, are man made. I also believe that they are secret laboratory projects that have been designed as another attempt of certain people gaining power over others. We are all aware that disease is a more effective and discreet means of attack than a missile or a bomb these days. It can hit masses of people, though without affecting the structure of buildings, cities, countries etc. Unfortunately, the reality is that when greed is blinding us, we will go to any extreme to acquire power in this world.

Female Vibration as our second vibration is a softer vibration, kind, humane, caring, nurturing, and intuitive was dormant during the last 1000 years, being obedient to the dominant male vibration and becoming almost non-existent as a result. During that period women were abused, treated as absent in matter of opinion and many time choice. That was really unfortunate. In the eyes of man women were toys to what men wanted or what the men wanted to see their women to be. The fashion was driven by men, Cosmetic, perfume and much other industry that dictate women’s choice by being slim or being fat and tapping on their insecurity and in some non-existent self-confidence. That damage that fetch to women brought them a low self-esteem and low self-confidence. While women are seeing and watching man and the universe vibration was starting to prepare to make its shift into the 20th century. That helped in the confidence of women to start to stand up and demand change but one thing is still wrong here.

Woman have adapted to building up a great deal of male energy in their vibration. This is often an unconscious attempt of surviving in this predominantly male world.  It is as if they need that male energy in order to gain their own position in society. This is one main reason why women are still not succeeding in the way they should be as females. Here is an example, there are two candidates running for the position of manager in the same office. One candidate is a woman and the other is a man. The man is as masculine as we know a man to be and the woman is a woman inside a woman body, however, she is overloaded with male energy. So who would you choose? What is the best option for the woman? Is it to attempt playing the role of a man in the hope that you have a better chance of being hired? Many women think that being a woman is a weakness. They think that women are too soft and delicate and that they are sissies! Men are always the ones in power, so who can blame them?  Women think it is cool to act like men, to be tough, to be a fighter and a survivor. Most of the world thinks that way, so who do you think gets the job? Of course, the woman loses. Yet, maybe if she had just been herself, an admirable, smart, intelligent and powerful woman then perhaps she would have had a better chance at getting the job? Who knows?

I want to see woman in a higher ranking. I want to see women leading our countries. This world is sick. This planet is sick and needs the caring love and compassion from a motherly energy to heal and take care of it.  All you women out there do not be afraid! You will lose nothing by being who you really are! Honestly! Just bring forth your real female energy and the universe will support you regardless. You came to this plane as a woman for a reason, not to try and become a man, something of which you are not! Now in our time woman should have the upper hand for the next 1000 years whilst the universe is sending us a predominant female energy. You are being asked to balance your male and female vibration and that means by NOT allowing your male vibration to take over your own essence of being a female with that energy and personality. Don’t walk like man, there is no need! Don’t act like a man and don’t try to be like a man, for you are not one! Allow your femininity to resurface. Don’t lose your male side just balance it by not allowing it to take over your female side completely because it really doesn’t mean that you will have better shot at rising to the top more easily.

These days many of our relationships are not working, and on many occasions it is because both people involved are acting as if they are the male in the relationship. It makes me wonder why people even bother to judge people who are gay or lesbian because energetically, heterosexual relationships are the same thing when they consist of a couple of different sexes, yet with same vibration. Pay attention to women who are walking on the street and you will see for yourself. Watch the way they walk and watch their attitude. Just because they have breasts, wear make-up and dress in a skirt and heels, it does not make them a woman if their energy is not feminine. Does it make any sense to you? You will be amazed at how many women you see who are like men; now that it has been brought to your attention!

I really urge woman to wake up! In reality women are the stronger sex and we can see they are already beginning to hold major positions these days. There are many women these days who do hold high positions, yet how many of them are working from a true female vibration with their male energy balanced? Challenge men on the right issues. Challenge them on things where they are bought by big corporations. Challenge them to handle the problems with the environment, challenge them with Medicare, challenge them to handle the issues with the homeless people sleeping on the streets and challenge them to deal with child care. Challenge them with issues that require the application of love, compassion, sensitivity, patience and acceptance. We need to learn how to begin bringing value to all human beings and treat all individuals as a soul, because that is what we all are instead of being just another number in the system. Challenge men to fix the problems with wars that are driven with the intention of claiming control over our planets oil. The wars that are created with a fake intention of taking care of normal people whilst other men, women and children in our cities are homeless, poor and starving. Our intentions are all wrong and our interests are based upon satisfying very few of the population whilst others remain feeling abandoned and hopeless.

What is important to women today, just to keep limping on through life until they vanish completely one day? It is about time they all made a stand for what is right. It is time to stand up for what you think will make a difference in the world. It is time to stand up and bring dignity to another human soul, regardless their religion, color or culture. Women need to state their true intentions and BALANCE their male and female energies because all the limitation which exists in women’s lives is there because they accept it. In the end it is your life, your responsibility, your choice and that all lies in your own hands.

We are all sitting and just waiting for a change to occur. Yet, change is only in your own hands. Make change, lead it, shape it and bring the new awareness and understanding that all people are hungry for in our world today. Day-by-day people are walking with frustration, inner sadness, they are all screaming and cursing each other the majority of the time and for what? There is no real justified reason! Just take a good look at the world around and you will get an idea what I am talking about. The state of the world is devastating, and I wonder how long we can survive if we remain living this way. I guess if no-one can be bothered to make any changes then we will just have to wait and see.

Here it comes again- the famous 3 words back in the back of your mind to commit to get rid of something that you hate or something that really does not work or have any value to your life. Why on earth do we put pressure on ourselves at the end of the year by committing to ourselves in writing to something deep inside we know we are having a hard time accomplishing? Is that a different sort of punishment imposed on ourselves? Well maybe, but for some, it is the thrill to commit to anything and then we create the best excuses to ourselves why we gave up so early!

Have you had any thoughts about your end of year resolution yet?  I haven’t because I’m still in my Mercury retrograde but I will have mine ready in the first week of January 2011.

How many of you forget about your resolution a month after you’ve made it?

Here are some typical New Year’s Resolutions:

a- I want to lose weight

b- I want to meet a women or a man

c- I want to commit to my relationship

d- I want to take care of my health

e- I want to stop drinking

f- I want to stop gambling

g- I want to be nice to my family

h- I want to make peace with my Dad or my Mum.

i- I want to learn to swim

j- I want to learn to ski

k- I want to dance

l- I want to travel

m- I want to be organized

n- I want to be confident

o- I want stability in my life

p- I want to start my business

q- I want to learn Yoga

r- I want more sex in my life

s- I want to forgive so and so

t- I want to be more responsible and less selfish

u- I want my freedom

v- I want material freedom

w- I want to be successful

x- I want to be more sensitive to other people’s feelings

y- I want to be positive

z- I want to quit smoking

… And the list can be longer and longer, and for many, the longer our list is, the more we boast about it and the faster we let go of it almost as soon as we have written it. Why is that?  The longer your list, the more unrealistic it is to accomplish it. Make your list in a way that can be achievable and easy for you to apply to your life because by doing so, you build more self confidence in yourself.

Pick up 9 index cards (3 x 5) and write down the most important 9 items that you would like to improve in 2011. Write each item on one card. Use the items you want to improve and please be specific on one side of the card and then focus on what measures you are going to pursue in order to achieve them. I learned that from Alex Mandossian’s Tele-seminar when I was listening to it the other day.

Do not make your list on a single page because if you gave up on one item on your list, you will soon get rid of the whole list. Post those cards in front of you on your wall so they are easily accessed for your eye to keep looking at them while you’re posting on your wall on Face Book.

Daze into your 9 cards while sitting at your desk for a period of 2 weeks (of course not 24 hours) and pick out the 3 most important cards after your long reflection that are not necessary to have but which you are the most compassionate about and have the most desire to have in your life – the ones that you feel a tingling inside when you keep reading them.

Take away the other 6 cards and store them in an index card box for future reference.

Take your 3 chosen cards and write on the back:

1-    Why you selected that card.

2-    Explain your desire behind your selection

3-    How will your selection improve your life?

4-    Analyze your selection according to if it has any relevance to any past experience in your life and what immediate thought is a reason for this selection.

5-    Determine what steps you are willing to take in order to achieve or improve whatever you asked for on your card. (Be realistic and do not push yourself hard for not to give up easily)

If you have any emotions that happen to come out from doing that exercise, please pick up a notebook and empty yourself through your writing. Let all your emotions come out.

Once you associate, identify and answer the above questions on the back of each card, then post these 3 cards again on your wall and daze at them reading both sides of the card for only 2 weeks.

Oh my God!  We wasted a whole month doing that and we haven’t even started yet to accomplish what we want.

Let’s do our work to accomplish our goal as we are working in a 9-Year Cycle, though now we want to call it a 9-Month Cycle instead.

January is the start of your 9-Month Cycle – End of A Situation / Time to Let Go

We selected 9 items we would like to improve or get rid of in our life on our first 2 days of the month and then within the first 2 weeks, we picked the final 3 items that we really desire to have in our life.

On the last day of January select the 3 items which are the most important, less important and then least important out of the three items. Then post them on your wall again with the same order you chose them.

By doing all of that, you clarify to yourself and to the Universe what you want, desire, and propose to have in your life. You are no longer overwhelmed with a huge list and the Universe is happy to know what exactly you want.

February is your 1^st Month Cycle – New Beginning

This month is your new beginning to start what you already planned last month to do in order to make the change in your life. Watch the signs that come your way from the Universe and be open-minded and willing to use what comes your way in order to launch your new beginning. Always stay focused on your selected cards.

March is your 2^nd Month Cycle – Build Your Foundation

Make sure you emphasize on building the foundation of what desired new beginning you attracted to your new beginning. Remain focused and build on the desire to achieve your goal.

April is your 3^rd Month Cycle – Relax and Enjoy Yourself

This month is for you to relax and go socialize and meet new people and enjoy yourself and take some of the pressure off your shoulders.

May is your 4^th Month Cycle – Structure / Organize

Back to work to build and construct the building on top of the foundation for whatever you had desired to accomplish 4 months ago.

June is your 5^th Month Cycle – Freedom / New Beginning

This month is the time to get rid of your way of thinking or your thoughts on the items you started 5 months ago and stop contradicting things with your old thoughts or ways of doing things that are no longer of value in what your new desire is.

As a new beginning month, this month you should pick up the six cards you stored in your index card box and see if there are any of the 6 items you selected that you’d like to add or that can help you improve what you already started 5 months ago.

July is your 6^th Month Cycle – Responsibility / Balance

This month will emphasize how responsible you are towards what your desired item is and how well you are able to balance your life with the desired item at the same time.

August is your 7^th Month Cycle – Reflect / Analyze

This is the best time for you to analyze and reflect on the past 7 months to see where things went wrong and how you can still improve things. Write and write more during this month about all your feelings towards the item(s) you are trying to accomplish and if forgiveness is required, please do so.

September is your 8^th Month Cycle – Result / Karma

This month will bring the result of your hard work and if you handled responsibility badly, then you will know about it and will face events that can relate to what you did not handle properly. Your 8th Cycle is karmic so whatever you put into it will come back to you.

You already finished your 9 Month Result and may be pending on how serious you were about achieving your resolution.

At the end, if you accomplished 1 item on your list, you have achieved a lot because following that, you will achieve 2 or 3 items because you were able to test, feel and achieve the result of your accomplishment so Happy New Year Resolution in 2011!

You have no excuse if you are reading this in whichever month because you can always start your year resolution from that month and follow the same process.

3 Reasons Why Your New Year’s Resolution Has Not Been Accomplished Year after Year:

3- Your list is too long

2- You have no deep desire

1- What you asked to have has a deeper root in you that is hard for you to get rid of.

For example: You asked to lose weight in your year resolution, as this is probably the # 1 request for many people, but your weight problem relates to an emotional problem from your childhood. Unless you deal properly with that emotional issue, you will lose some weight in the beginning but I promise you, your weight will come back and more. Underneath your weight’s issue there is something still boiling inside of you needing more attention. Think about it!

We are all human beings. We are all spiritual beings with a Soul that inhabits our body. So what makes you more special than me or anyone else? Nothing in reality!

If you think you are then you have a problem in your life at the moment, then consider some of the bigger issues that are going on in the world and you will see that your problem shrinks to almost nothing. You will start to appreciate your problem, realizing that you are blessed to have only that to deal with in your life and that perhaps you can learn something great from it.

Many people might not like hearing that, but I believe it is time to start hearing things from a new perspective. If you feel that this is not the way for you then just let it go and continue the way you have been going so far if you are truly happy. I feel that without saying the things I say I might not inspire people to anything the way I feel they ought to. On the other hand, I do feel that my ideas will click for certain people who are really stuck in their life and are just waiting to hear that something that will get them moving forward.

So what is Numerology? After drawing up the many charts I have done for so many people in the past, I have always been amazed by individuality and uniqueness of every single person and their chart. There really are no two people in the world who are the same. I do not use a computer to draw a chart; I like to do it myself because I enjoy exploring and feeling the essence of the chart’s creation in the first place.

There are many different ways of doing a chart and you can use any method you feel attracted to. Although some of the methods have slight differences, you will almost always end up with the same results. In some cases, the result will be slightly different from one chart to the next, but this is not critical because you will always get the bigger picture of the chart’s meaning in the end.

We will begin our chart by looking at the date of birth to calculate our blueprint destiny. Blueprint destiny is our potential in this lifetime, and the goal we are working toward through being on this plane in the first place. Blueprint destiny is the fundamental component of your blueprint and can be found from your date of birth.

Your date of birth is meant to be unchangeable, although some people have tampered with that date. For example, the parents of a child born in December might register their child’s birthday as if it occurred in January in order to make them younger. If this is the case for you, then I recommend that you find out your real birthday so you can calculate your true blueprint destiny. It may also be interesting for you to compare both your destinies, the true one with the one your parents made for you to see which destiny is best suited for you in your life.

The number of your blueprint destiny is usually made up of the sum of two numbers that are reached when you add the day, month and the year of your birth together. For example, January 2, 1980 would be 1+2+1+9+8+0=21/3. You then add 2+1=3, so 3 is the blueprint destiny in this case. We will learn about the calculations in more detail later, I just wanted to illustrate what I was talking about at this point of the book.

I personally believe the first number and vibration of your blueprint destiny is the foundation of the majority of the problems you will face in your life, which is 2 in 21/3 from my previous example. This vibration is the only vibration you have no control over. It is usually the case that as children we have no proper way of dealing with this vibration when it is predominant during our early life because we are so young.

This vibration is the vibration that was with you from birth right up until you were 18 years old. It makes up the base of all our problems and it is important that we begin to do something about understanding it and dealing with it.

We really need to act on this now before time passes us by because many people are still sitting and waiting for a miracle to happen that will save them. Others have spent sometimes 20 years in therapy and are yet to see any change happen. What does that tell you? Yes, it is time to think about you and your life from a new perspective.

The less you deal with your childhood the more complicated your life is destined to become. On the other hand, the more quickly and efficiently you deal with your childhood experiences the easier your life will become. Some people seem to be luckier than others when it comes to their childhood experiences and may have had an easier time with a pleasant upbringing, for others of course that is simply not the case.

So what happened in your childhood that is reflected in your life today? If you are not sure then why not take a closer look at the way you do things. The way you conduct your relationships is based upon what you learnt from your parents, their experiences with each other and how they dealt with you. The way you handle your money today is the same – a reflection of how you were taught to think about and handle money by your parents and how they dealt with their finances. The way your career goes also has a great deal to do with your upbringing. These things stand even in the case where you might be acting out in rebellion against beliefs that your parents tried to engrain in you that you did not agree with.

Whether you are acting according to their ways or against them, you are still directly influenced by your parents and their way of doing things.

You may be asking where karma comes into all of this and, of course, there is karma in our life that needs to be dealt with.

Your karma was well chosen according to the environment and family you were born into. This is in order to help make your experiences and lessons easier to deal with. As an example, maybe you are having problems dealing with other people because you are very shy. When you were a child, you became used to your parents doing everything for you and avoided dealing with other people, however that is affecting your life adversely today. Why do you think that problem still exists today, even although you are all grown up? Of course, it is because, during your childhood, your parents supported your shyness and fear of dealing with other people, making you dependent on others to do things for you.

One day, you were then left to deal with your life all by yourself, your parents were no longer there to do things for you and what happens next? You are feeling lost being left by yourself to deal with your issue and don’t know what on earth to do because your fear has become your reality.

Facing this type of situation can be devastating for some people in their life, yet in the end, it is their reality and they must deal with it before their life wastes away. We must try to begin learning how to deal with our life properly from an early age so we can grow up being able to handle the responsibility of ourselves and our life.

Many of us, regardless of our age, still act like a child, the child that never dealt with his or her issues. If you want to heal your life then you have to begin by healing your childhood. Often I ask someone if they have dealt with their childhood and they quickly answer “yes” with attitude. If you feel you have dealt with your childhood, then again, I ask you to look closely at your life today and see if there is anything, and I mean anything, that reflects your childhood.

Answer this question honestly because in the end you are only kidding yourself.

You are alive and that means you deserve to live the best life possible, so why not try to at least save your own life, regardless what age you are today? In this book, I will not go into the subject of how to heal your childhood experiences as this requires a whole book of its own. My next book will handle that subject so for the time being let’s get back to the Numerology.

Previous Article Part I

Throughout your experiences, did you grow to become envious of others, or did you feel jealous of others as they succeeded while you felt like a failure? Did you ask yourself, “Why Me?” Did you always feel that problems always seem to happen to you and no one else? Did you feel victimized by life? If so then the following list probably sounds familiar to you in terms of the way you felt about your life:

• You have lost hope in God.

• You have lost trust in yourself.

• You have lost faith in others

• You feel everyone around you punishes you.

• You feel victimized by everyone.

Of course, as a result of your experiences, all of your feelings have grown to become real and valid beliefs and emotions within you, simply because this is what you have chosen to invest in by allowing them to stay alive within you. You believe you are worthless and depend upon others’ opinions of you to feel worthy as a result, and because of your dependency, everyone treats you like a doormat and takes advantage of you.

This is what I recommend you do now:

• Stop blaming everyone.

• Stop complaining about your life.

• Stop being jealous of other people who are dealing with their life while you are doing nothing.

• Stop believing you are the only one who has problems.

• Stop feeling like a victim and take a long hard look at yourself and identify with the areas of your life that you can begin working upon to bring yourself back to living a happy life up to your full potential.

We tend to get stuck in a vicious circle when dealing with problems. Often it can be difficult to see any way out and, in order to free yourself, you need some help. The help you need is already out there somewhere, but perhaps you have a hard time accepting help and feel you have failed when you need to look outside of yourself for some advice or guidance? In any case, there is nothing wrong with asking for help if you are in need of some clarity. It is time to accept some humility in your life and accept that your experiences are all part of your Soul’s journey toward growth and evolution.

Realistically, being dependent on a professional to help you fix your problem for more than a year, in my opinion, is of no help to you either. Either your helper has no real idea of how to help you, or they are keeping you in a place of dependency for their own selfish reasons, be it financially or otherwise. Perhaps, on the other hand, you have been receiving help for so long because in reality you really do not want to let go of your issues, and enjoy the fact that you have someone to listen to you and sympathize with you.

If this sounds like a familiar situation to you, then it is time to identify with the reasons why you are not ready to let go of your problems.

Humanity as a whole has many issues to deal with. As individuals, we have many issues to deal with and before we can ever begin to heal our issues collectively, we must begin at the level of self. In order to succeed in our life, we need to really understand and deal with those issues. One way of another, we all have issues that have accumulated from the beginning of our life during childhood. This is the most important period of life that must be revisited, understood and dealt with before you can ever really get a hold of your life and help improve your future.

How can we use Numerology from our name and date of birth to help us understand our life? In order to understand Numerology, it is important to consider your life before you were even born.

Your cycle in this lifetime started at the moment your Soul returned to this plane and you were born. Your Soul has been frequenting life on this plane, as well as many others for time equivalent to many centuries. After such a long span of time and evolution, humanity has advanced technologically, however but in terms of human understanding we are still stuck in old patterns and ways of thinking. Because of this, the Souls choosing to integrate into this plane are becoming stuck in their growth due to the stagnation of the human beings that represent them in this lifetime. Souls have to repeat lifetime after lifetime, coming back to this plane for similar experiences because we are crippled by our limitation in the way we look at ourselves and others.

We categorize ourselves and others according to religion, culture, skin color, language and whatever else it is we believe separates us from each other. “If you are not one of us then you are our enemy”. Is that a statement of progress in our life? Or does that statement keep us from moving forward in life due to hate and anger toward each other? Perhaps is it just good business to think that way from a political and economic standpoint.

These days it is becoming harder to tell who has the right intention when it comes to what is right for the people and our world as there are so many distinctions. Even within cultural groups themselves, people are categorized. So tell me what is the difference between you and any other human being in the world?

“Where am I stuck?” “What’s preventing me from moving forward in my life?” “What can I do to fulfill my Soul’s pathway of evolution?”

After being around so many people and hearing the types questions they ask, I decided to begin using Numerology in such a way as to help people better understand their life, their experiences, their challenges, and most of all to understand themselves. After all, if you know yourself very well, then you will never seek any help or advice.

How many of us know who we really are? How many of us know what we want out of life when it comes to relationships, jobs and what is best for us? Remember, a major part of your task in this life is to become aware of your calling, or purpose in this lifetime. That is your responsibility and no-one else can ever tell you what that is. Occasionally you might be given guidance that will help direct you toward discovering and living your own purpose, however, no-one can ever fully reveal what that is to you because that goes against Universal law, the divine order of experience, and your Free Will. If you could find out your life purpose from another person, then you would be stripped of your experience, and all the learning that goes hand in hand with its discovery. If that were to happen, then there would be no point in you being here because the most significant part of our learning comes from self-discovery and why we are here.

In order to become aware of your purpose and get on track with your path of Blueprint Destiny, you need to first become aware of, and understand the essence of the experiences that have already happened in your life. It is important to become aware of, and understand those experiences because the experiences in your life have everything to do with your life purpose. Your experiences will guide you through learning whatever it is you need to learn before you can fulfill your Blueprint Destiny.

This book ‘The Blueprint of Your Soul’ will emphasize answering the many questions I have been repeatedly asked during my time working with Numerology. This book is geared toward helping you heal yourself using Numerology, as it is an easy tool to help you begin understanding your life and what you have learned from them, regardless of the experiences you went through.

No matter who you are or how you have lived, you still have something to do in your lifetime, and it is time for you to learn how to be responsible for what happens in your life. Responsibility is of major importance here as you are always accountable for your decisions, and whether they are active or passive ones, you are always the one choosing how you shape your life and how you respond to what happens around you. It is important that you understand your experiences and be aware of the choices you made in the past and how they brought you to where you are today.

Doing so will help you accept what has happened in your life and become responsible for choosing how you would like to live from now on.

Whatever the problem might be in your life, you still can fix it regardless of how old you are today. All you need is the desire to make your life better. No one, not a medium, psychic, friend, relative or whoever it is that you depend on for guidance will be able to provide you with the answers you need unless you are willing to accept responsibility for your life, recognize the fact you may have made some misinformed decisions and that it is time to fix everything.

Accepting the responsibility for fixing your life goes hand in hand with toning down your ego, pride and stubbornness and allowing the necessary changes to take place. You need to allow yourself to experience some humility instead of pride and stubbornness and accept your experiences, no matter what.

So are you ready to take the challenge of your life, to fix it for your own sake? If not then you need to identify your excuses. We are in this lifetime to grow from our learning, yet the majority of people are just sitting and waiting for things to change while doing nothing at all. They just sit, waiting and waiting for something or someone to enter their life and tell them everything is going to be alright. This is why many people go from one psychic or medium to another, hoping to hear the message that will suddenly make their life better. Well, things like that might happen in a fairytale, but let’s not forget this is real life!

Your life will begin changing the moment you decide that you want it to. In order to facilitate change you must first be willing to allow it to manifest in your life, your heart, and in your thoughts.

Healing can take place in anyone’s life, as long as the decision is made to accept it and the changes it brings. In reality you are the only obstacle between you and change; it has nothing to do with anyone else who are, or have been involved in your past. You are the only one who can stop you from changing your life.

Have you allowed your experiences to get the better of you, and as a result are dependent on living in hardship and thriving on other people’s sympathy? I have dealt with many people who have fallen into that pattern. Such people are giving their responsibility and power to change the direction of their life away in favor of surviving on other people feeling sorry for them. This fills them with a false sense of importance. These people do eventually end up losing track of where they are going in life and have no idea of how to move forward because they are unaware that they can.

How can you ever move forward if you are dependent on other people’s sympathy to define who you are? You cannot! It is impossible to progress in your life living this way. As I said before, though, anyone can change if they really want to. Free will gives you the power to choose your direction at any time and you can make begin making that change right now. Act now because the answer is still ‘yes’ for change. No matter how or what has happened to you, life will always support you in your decision to change, learn and grow because that is the purpose of your life after all. Know that and trust it.

You may be shocked by the nature of what has been written here and my views but take a good honest look and consider the way we function as human beings. We exist as a power-driven race, which seeks to fulfill our inner lack through controlling, dominating and owning people, places and things. Not only do we base our happiness on things that exist outside of us, but we also blame our unhappiness on exterior things too, such as people, our finances, our lack of material possessions or whatever else it is that we believe makes us feel miserable and unfulfilled.

We are functioning in a purely external way to the point that we have totally forgotten we have an inner responsibility for ourselves and the way we choose to adapt and react to the external circumstances that take place in our lives minute by minute. We all have a choice to create our life in exactly the way we would like it to be, but choices come from responsibility and if we constantly base our feelings of happiness or misery on external circumstances, how can we ever take charge of our power of choice and make responsible choices? It is impossible.

Due to our lack of awareness, and the fact that we have forgotten our essence, which is based on unconditional love and compassion, we are very often unable to forgive ourselves and others for creating unfortunate in our lives. We are unable to forgive ourselves and if we have hard time forgiving ourselves, how can we forgive others? That is no longer the blame of our karma, this is our own responsibility.

We were all born into this plane as students and this means we will always have something to learn. When you are born, you started using the name you were given to define your identity and the uniqueness you are bringing with you to this plane. We have all been writing the story of our life from the moment we were born and this story begun with your first cry when you left your mother’s womb and entered the physical world, up until the day you take your very last breath. We are all constantly writing our own story, however many of our stories are left unfinished because we became stagnant in life and have been circulating in our patterns over and over again. Our Soul tries to help give us the urge to release ourselves from that pattern, yet we still insist upon pushing our Soul into a dead end.

Many among us consider the story of their family tree to be the source of their existence and they pride themselves on the fact that they were born of it. Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why you were born of that particular family? In many ways, we need to take a closer look at our roots as they will help us identify why our life runs into endless circles and cycles of years that seem to lead us nowhere. We will not get anywhere in life unless we wake up one day and decide that enough is enough, and consciously choose to take the time to close all the issues, patterns, belief systems and whatever else is no longer working for us. It is so important to deal with the issues that lie at the core of our existence today as they can help lead us to understanding the reason for us being here in the first place. These issues can lead us to the wisdom and understanding that in turn will connect us with our own Soul and its purpose.

So where do you stand in your life today? Maybe nowhere, or somewhere but you are not sure where and just where you are going? Regardless, you are here now, so let’s take a turn for the better and get to work doing something about it, shall we?

In every lifetime, your Soul draws up a blueprint to plan the path your life is destined to follow. When you are born your society identifies you by your name and your date of birth. In an ideal world, we should also be identified by our soul blueprint.

Governments, companies, schools and society as a whole accepts you as a unique individual, and to go along with your name and your date of birth, the government also provides you with a number that will identify you. So if you are unique enough to hold a social security number or whatever name your country uses, then tell me, what do you really know about your uniqueness and what makes you an individual in your life today?

My experience tells me that over 80% of our problems can be solved immediately the minute we know what it is we really want, as opposed to just experimenting in life, hoping we will eventually find out. What I mean here is that when you are working in a job that you know you love, you want to do and it enriches your life, and you become a different person. When you are with the right person in your life, without any superficiality then you are a different person. When you have the opportunity to deal with your life the proper way, then you become a different person. This, of course, implies that your life becomes happier, richer and more fulfilling as a result. Being a different person simply means: understanding who you are, doing what you want to be and being able to deal with your life on a regular basis for you and not just to suit and impress other people around you. Unfortunately, no one ever told us any of that before. We have been raised to follow systems and institutions that substitute an awareness of life with fear of God, guilt and the ‘evil’ side of life order to keep people living in fear, enough so that they will stay associated with the group, or religion they belong to, so for the rest of their life, and whether they like it or not or believe it or not, they will be controlled by a system.

I believe there was a time when we were all told about the true essence of life; however, much of it became lost in translation throughout the generations. Regardless of what was lost, what have we done with the knowledge and wisdom of all the sages that have come to us before, like Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha and all the others? How many people have really applied that wisdom into their lives properly? This is the problem; no wisdom or knowledge is worth anything unless it is actively applied into your life and only you can do that. Do you think it is worth giving it another shot now?

There are so many aspects of our human nature that contradict the essence of our true divinity, all of which lead us farther and farther from the truth of who we really are. Some examples are the resistance we so often feel when it comes to change and growth in our lives. Another major contradiction of our divine essence is our inability to forgive each other for the many, and often hurtful deeds we do toward each other in life. Lack of forgiveness is a characteristic that is completely opposite to the nature of the Soul which is non-judgmental and based on unconditional love knowing that any so-called ‘wrong’ action is always based on the absence of awareness, therefore is forgiven.

As human beings, we also tend to categorize people according to race, religion, place of birth, skin color, and social and financial status. Again, these are not characteristics of the Soul, which is based on non-judgment and unconditional love and acceptance. These are just human biases. The Soul does not judge another for where they come from and their background because the Soul knows that the country, background, race, religion and creed a human being was born into was specifically chosen for a reason, and that reason was part of the Soul’s blueprint and life path design, so all is as it should from that angle be as far as the Soul is concerned.

The reason your Soul decided to return for another earth life in the form of you is simply to fulfill karmic debt created by the other human beings your Soul incarnated into being during previous lifetimes. It is through fulfillment of Karmic debt that the Soul is able to evolve to a higher level of being in the Universe because behind each Karmic debt lies a very significant life lesson.

The cycle of lifetimes in the earth plane keeps repeating over and over again. Many lifetimes pass almost wasted as human beings are not understanding their reason for being alive and specifically the existence of their Soul and its purpose of attaining evolutionary progression in the Universe. On a lower level, we human beings are even having difficulty understanding our evolution as a human race, specifically our collective evolution as a diverse society made up of many different creeds, cultures and religions. How can we ever possibly begin to grasp the understanding behind the purpose and existence of our Soul if we are yet unable to understand our existence as one race of human beings co-existing on one planet?

Although we are quite disconnected from the understanding of Soul on the earth plane, the way we experience life here is still influenced by the operation of our Soul on a much higher level of our being. Our Soul can still influence our reactions to events in our lives, the way we act in day to day life and more specifically, the Soul is greatly involved in the evolution of our karma, even if we are unaware of it. This is because it is in the interest of the Soul to keep us as aligned to its original blueprint as much as possible.

Karma is probably one of the most misunderstood and feared aspects of life by those of us who have some awareness of just what karma means. This is a shame because karma is in fact one of many blessings yet to be realized by mankind as a whole. Realistically speaking, the law of Karma is a blessing because if it is understood correctly, the law of Karma can help us fulfill the inner void that most of us are experiencing in life because we are living a life that lacks purpose.

Karma can fulfill the lack of purpose so many of us feel because it brings meaning to the many challenging events we encounter throughout our entire life. So although karma is blessing in disguise, because we do not understand it, we still blame it for our misfortune and use it as an excuse to justify all our ‘wrong’ actions in life. Karma is supposed to be understood, not abused, and eventually when we do begin realizing and accepting what the law of Karma really entails, I believe we can evolve out of our troubled times in this world, we can evolve beyond sickness and disease, and begin living the life we are supposed to live, a life based on the understanding of Soul combined with the essence of being a human spiritual being having a physical experience on the earth plane.

This is the time in our physical world where we are being called to confront the reality of the condition of our inner and outer life as race of human beings on planet earth. It is time for us to begin asking ourselves deeper questions about the reality of our life, our reason for being and of how the Universe works collectively. Many civilizations, with Atlantis as a common example, which existed long before ours did were far more advanced than we are today but were eradicated due to a lack of Universal understanding, If there is any civilization which is not in accordance with the divine plan of evolutionary progression and is functioning contrary to the Universal Laws, it will be wiped out because it is simply the nature of the Universe to abolish that which is not in accordance with its one divine plan.

Much of the way we are functioning as human beings is contrary to divine law, particularly when it comes to the greed of the human mind which, in reality, is almost driving us down a road that leads to the destruction of all we have ever accomplished in our time on the earth plane.

Humanity is headed in the same direction as those civilizations that faced mass destruction in past times; are we happy to be driving down that road again? Do you feel that as a race, we are ready to learn from our past actions and mistakes? Unfortunately, from what I see so far in the way we are living collectively, I don’t think so.
